1. About Qiangsheng
Xuchang Qiangsheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Xuchang, Henan, China. Founded in March 2023 by local machining engineers, we make MC cast nylon (PA6) products, the equipment that makes them, and turnkey plants.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Every part we ship is cast and finished in our own workshop, on the lines that run daily, so your line parameters are proven in production.
2. What came before
Our predecessor was a precision machining workshop in the same city, established 2006, with over 80 sets of CNC lathes, machining centres, laser cutting and sheet metal equipment. It built machined and cast parts for the elevator and power industries for over 20 years, and in 2010 developed its own MC nylon automatic feeding machine and centrifugal casting machine, both patented.
3. Three business lines
MC cast nylon automation equipment. Our patented automatic feeding machine and centrifugal casting machine in one closed-loop unit covering polymerising, vacuum reaction, centrifugal casting and demoulding. Output is 30 percent higher than stand-alone machines, with 50 percent less labour and 20 percent less power.
MC nylon production lines. From plant layout and utility planning to the complete line, commissioning and training, in one package. The first operation training is in the contract price.
MC nylon products. Rods, tubes, sheets, wheels, pulleys, sliders, sprockets and custom parts, from your drawing, 3D file or a sample. Parts are sold by weight, so you pay for the material in your part.
4. Material properties
Density 1.15 g/cm3, about one seventh of steel. Running noise reduced by 10 to 15 dB. In sliding and rolling contact, service life is three to five times that of steel. Oil-filled and MOS2 grades for oil-free use. Parts up to tens of kilograms, beyond injection moulding. Moulds and machining in house.
5. Applications by product family
Sheets and plates: Bunker, chute and hopper linings that do not stick or build up; Guide rails, blocks, table panels; Machined baffles and guards; Conductive sheet for semiconductor and LCD fixtures.
Wheels and pulleys: Heavy duty static wheels for AGV and heavy handling, rated to your load; Traction sheaves and guide wheels for elevators; Rollers, idlers and travel wheels for conveying; Buffer idlers and guide wheels for mining and ports.
Tubes and hollow rods: Sleeve bearings replacing bronze bushings; Fluid transfer pipes, cable protection sleeves, pipe fittings; Lightweight tubular supports for construction and chemical equipment.
Rods and blanks: Machining stock for gears, ratchets, racks, sprockets, bushes and bearing housings, and for slides, guide blocks, pulleys and pads.
6. Quality, capacity and compliance
SGS factory audit on file (report no. QIP-ASI269880) and BSCI certification. 100 percent inspection of finished products, raw material traceability per batch. Four utility patents cover the centrifugal casting machine, the sheet forming machine and the multi-cavity moulds.
Our current project is approved by the Xuchang ecology and environment authority: 30, 000 nylon transmission parts and 100 sets of automatic nylon wheel casting equipment per year, for completion in 2026. The company was recognised as a national technology based SME.
7. Service and support
OEM and ODM production from your drawings, 3D files or samples. Drawing evaluation and an indicative price within 24 hours. Tooling and finishing in house, so a repeat order matches the first.
Standard grade: -40 to 100 degrees C, 120 short term. For outdoor UV or ultra-high-speed duty we supply modified grades to your duty cycle, with test data. We welcome partners worldwide to visit our factory and watch the lines run.
